Positive: Peaceful and secluded. Cute, whimsical decor. Well-stocked kitchen.

Negative: Wi-fi didn’t work. Coffee pot broken. Property managers never responded to requests for help. Outdoor leisure space was dirty, tent ripped. Dilapidated camper on lot detracted from ambiance, as did some small maintenance issues: spotted guest bedding, loose hinge on bathroom door and dirty /scraped baseboard behind toilet.

Summary: Quaint and peaceful, in need of TLC
