We are located in the countryside near Pacengo di Lazise in a quiet and relaxing area. The residence is 800 metres from Pacengo and 1500 metres from the lake. At the same distance you can reach Gardaland an amusement park icon known throughout Europe.

There is a small portion of garden to the front and a large terraced area to the rear (east side). On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms. One with double bed, one room with 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4), large terrace and windowed bathroom with shower.
On the second floor there is a further very large attic double room with private bathroom and shower. The property also has a large garage for 2 cars (4 x 5 metres) in the basement. The residence has a huge 20 x 10 metre swimming pool and a tennis court.
The property has a washing machine, dishwasher, satellite channels, air conditioning and wifi.
Swimming caps are compulsory in the pool.
The property is for a maximum of 8 persons.
