THE HOUSE
Casa Ottavio is a characteristic and comfortable two-room apartment of about 70 square meters consisting of:
- large and bright living room with complete kitchen corner (with oven) and equipped with dining table, and sitting area with sofa, sofa bed, tv and table football;
- an elegant bedroom with a double bed;
- full bathroom with shower box.
There is also a private courtyard equipped with table and chairs, ideal for having meals outdoors (not yet shown in the photos), and a comfortable outdoor shower.

As previously mentioned, Casa Ottavio is located near the downtown and is well connected to the sea.
It is possible to visit the most interesting points comfortably on foot, and also reach the main commercial activities (pharmacy, bar, tobacconist, newsagent, fishmonger, grocery store, laundrymat, etc.).
In the village of Tiggiano, history, culture and art come together in a single suggestive scenario thanks to the presence of churches, farms and palaces of considerable historical and architectural value.
We suggest you visit the Baronial Palace, which dates back to the 1600s, currently the Town Hall, but also hosts numerous interesting cultural events, photographic exhibitions and much more.
The closest beach is in Marina Serra, about 4 km away, with its crystal clear waters and enchanting coves. Here is the renowned natural swimming pool, increasingly loved by tourists and locals and also suitable for families with children.
At about 6 km you can reach Tricase Porto with a small sandy beach, restaurants, bars and promenade, and at about 7 km Marina di Novaglie (with its beautiful sea caves).
Furthermore, at 1.5 km it is possible to visit Torre Nasparo an ancient tower located along the Otranto-Leuca coast road from which to admire the wonderful sea and panoramic view of the coast.
Finally, there are numerous paths and hiking trails interesting to visit:
- the "Vie del Sale", ancient routes that made it possible to keep connections between the coast and the towns;
- the "Sentiero del Nemico", an ancient road that stands out between the dry stone walls up to the cliff and the sea caves.
- The "Sentiero delle Cipolliane", a wonderful nature trail overlooking the sea that connects Marina di Novaglie to the Ciolo bridge.
