Enjoy your stay in this beautiful brick home with amazing views of the Sandia mountains and the north valley in a quiet and relaxing neighborhood. The home offers a large outdoor swimming pool to enjoy in the summer months with a full outdoor kitchen and a Koi pond. There are no neighbors to the north of the property and the home to the east sits below this home, hence unobstructed views of the mountains and Rio Rancho. Inside the home, there are 4 bedrooms located all upstairs with 2 full bathrooms upstairs and a half bath downstairs. There are two living rooms downstairs and an entertainment room . The property has plenty of parking and is located less than 4 minutes from the Cottonwood mall, Best Buy, Sam's club, Costco, Olive Garden, Smith's grocery store, Subway, Burger king, and so much more. The Property is approximately 10 minutes from Balloon Fiesta Park, Rio Rancho and Ventana Ranch.
Enjoy your evening with city lights and a cool breeze, perfect for going on a walk or simply star gazing at night with lots of unobstructed views outside or turn on the fireplace and watch a movie eating popcorn in the living room.
Wake up in the morning and enjoy the beautiful sunrise on the balcony , overlooking the pool, pond and back yard with privacy and serenity. Enjoying your lunch and dinner in the back yard is always a great decision with plenty of shade provided by the outdoor furniture and or the large awnings in place next to the pool.
The host also purchased brand new mattresses for 3 of the 4 beds, new couch, new love seat, new sheets, pillows, comforters, convection oven, new 65 inch TV, coffee maker and more.
Please note if you are renting the home because of the pool only, you must check in with owner to make sure it is open and ready for use prior to renting. Generally speaking, the pool is opened toward the end of April and or mid-May time but again you must check prior to booking. The local weather and other factors can delay and determine when pool is actually opened. Please note there are security cameras for safety readons on the exterior of the property only.
