Welcome to Casa Napoli, a place where you can relax with family & friends. This incredible, luxurious home is 2000 sq. ft. It features a full size kitchen and saltwater pool you can enjoy without sacrificing comfort! Plus, you're just 25 easy minutes from the world's best beaches.
Looking to work from home? My house's internet is faster than a rabbit hopped up on Mountain Dew.
Looking to NOT work from home? Enjoy the jetted tub and the newly resurfaced pool, perfect for private relaxation.
The Space:
Mattresses are memory foam, beds are made with 100% cotton sheets, blankets and throws are available.
The couch is comfortable and the dining table has extra chairs and a leaf. There is access to the pool area from the master bedroom, the main living area and the 2nd bathroom. Tile floors throughout with area rugs. Bathrooms have engineered floors. Ceiling fans in living room and bedrooms. There are 2 hammocks in the pool area and a double lounge and more seating. In the backyard there is a fire pit and wood pile and two chairs.
The home is furnished with 1 King, 1 Queen, and 2 Twin beds. The optimal amount of guests would be 1-6 people.
Inside the kitchen, you'll find all the silverware, pots, pans and plates you need to pretend like you’re going to cook yourself dinner from scratch!
The living room is furnished with a nice flat-screen tv where you'll be able to Netflix and chill with friends.
In terms of amenities, we've got you covered too! You'll have access to small, yet important, things like: An iron, blow dryer, towels, soap, napkins, oxygen and more.
As I mentioned earlier, my Casa Napoli is so perfect, you'll want to stay forever. We've had guests ask. Just kidding. (But seriously.)
Guest Access:
You'll have access to the entire home. This will include all areas of the home are available for guest use.
Other Things to Note:
There is a Eufi floodlight camera facing out above the garage. Also a Eufi doorbell camera. The beach equipment you can use includes a beach buggy, beach blanket, two beach chairs, a beach umbrella, cooler (which has two frozen blocks in the freezer) and six beach towels. There is no snorkeling equipment but there are two frisbees.
The waste management trucks come on Tuesday (recycling-can with yellow lid and garbage can with Green lid the large barrel,) and Friday (garbage only). If your stay includes Monday and/or Thursday night please collect garbage and recycling and take out to the end of the driveway on the left hand side. Thank you very much.
