Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Wonderful apartment, very well equipped. The views were amazing both from inside and on the terrace. Our hosts friendly helpful and attentive. Local shops were well supplied with every day needs.
Negative: We were warned about the 55 steps down to the apartment so no surprises, but some of the steps were slightly breaking up and caused a stumble (not a fall!) Out of everyone’s hands I Know, but the weather was cold damp and windy, just why we left the UK in March! Sadly it meant that we didn’t sit outside at all, only inside with the doors shut. The beach which we could see below us was not very accessible. The local museum was closed for renovation.
Summary: Great place to return to after days out exploring.
