Positive: The room is very well located, and very easy to get in. Very spacious room, comfortable bed and large bathroom. No issues at all with sharing the bathroom, although that depends on luck mostly. I was there for a week and was very comfortable.
Negative: There is quite some noise during the night, with construction and road cleaning, and you can hear everything the neighbors do. No blackout curtains, so it is very bright in the morning. You do need some sort of wifi connection to get into the building with the electronic key, and some travelers may not have access to wifi by arrival. It woud also be nice if there was a small fridge to keep some food in the room.
