Positive: Great location inside Lucca walls - main floor apartment that was roomy and felt secure. Loved this little hideaway.

Negative: Bedding - simply put - the bed did not have a mattress cover - just a flat sheet. The duvet did not have a duvet cover at all. The pillows did not have pillow covers - just thin pillow cases. All this added up to the impression that there was very little "barrier" between one guest to another. How often do they wash the actual duvet if it doesn't have a cover? A good mattress cover also adds to the comfort of the bed and protects the mattress. There was only the thin cotton flat sheet on the bed - which I found I had to just avoid thinking about when it came untucked and your skin touched the actual mattress. Bed was super soft and cozy otherwise.
