The space
Our Casa Bella Retreat is a cozy single-family home surrounded by the equestrian charm of Wellington. The screened-in patio is a family favorite, featuring a large pool for a refreshing splash and a heated jacuzzi spa to unwind after a day of exploring. The fenced-in yard ensures a safe play area for pets and kids, and there's comfy seating, a firepit, and a BBQ grill for family cookouts.
Inside, our hideaway is bright and welcoming, with plenty of space for the family to spread out. A living room and family room offer cozy nooks, and entertainment is covered with a flat-screen smart TV for movie nights. Need to catch up on work or play? We've got a home office ready for you.
The kitchen is fully equipped for family meals, with a stove, oven, microwave, and fridge. Choose to dine indoors or take your meals outside to the patio, where tropical vibes and fresh air make every bite extra delightful.
Casa Bella features three bedrooms – the Primary Bedroom and ensuite with a king-sized bed, two closets, a walk-in shower, and patio access. The two other bedrooms offer comfy queen size beds, ample closet space, and a shared guest bathroom.

We offer complimentary heated SPA!!!
Upon request the whole pool can be heated (extra charges will apply. $50 per day with a minimum of 3 days. Please advise 48h prior arrival). Swimming is at your own risk.

By booking/reserving this property, Guest understands and acknowledges the following: 1) there is no lifeguard or other attendant on duty at any time for the pool or the surrounding pool area, 2) there is an inherent risk with swimming in the pool, playing in or around the pool area, and entertaining in the pool or its surrounding area, 3) children, people with disabilities, elders and pets should never be left unattended in, near, or around the pool and should always be supervised, and 4) no food, drinks, glass or other harmful objects or items are to be left in, around, or near the pool or its surrounding area. GUEST FURTHER UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT GUEST IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR AND ASSUMES ALL LIABILITY OF EVERY KIND FROM USE OF THE POOL AND THE SURROUNDING POOL AREA BY GUEST, GUEST’S FAMILY (IF ANY), GUEST’S PETS (IF ANY) AND ANY GUESTS OF GUEST DURING GUEST’S STAY AT THE PROPERTY. PATIO
The back patio offers outdoor sitting, dining, propane gas grill and firepit just for guests during the stay.
We cannot guarantee the fullness of the propane tank. If you need to replace it, please send us a copy of your receipt and we will reimburse you.
Propane tank must be turned off after use. BBQ grill must be cleaned after use.

REGULAR MAINTANANCE:
This property is serviced with landscape maintenance pool maintenance on a weekly basis. There is also a regular pest control service. The service crews may visit the property during your stay. None of these services require a guest’s attention to be completed and will only requires no more than 30 minutes.
The service crew will always announce prior entering the property.
PESTS POLICY
We are in a tropical location. Bugs, rodents, iguanas, and other pests are part of the environment. Contact us if additional service is required. We will do our best to address any issue promptly.
HURRICANE/SEVERE WEATHER POLICY
Florida is subject to hurricanes, tornadoes, tropical storms, and other high-wind events. Hurricane season in Florida runs from June to November, with the peak months being August/September.
In the rare event Casa Bella Retreat is under a tropical storm/hurricane watch, we may have to regretfully cancel your stay.
HOUSEKEEPING
Regular housekeeping is NOT included with your stay. You can, for additional fees, have periodic, or daily housekeeping added to your stay.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES:
