Positive: Good space.
Negative: Nosing on stairs was uncomfortable and dangerous. Recommend removing that nosing and finding another solution. No heat on when I got in the house that was terrible.. electric socket next to the second bedroom bed doesn't work, water pressure was terrible in the shower, sound doesn't work on the downstairs TV. I asked for a couple hours additional checkout time and was told that because of people coming in it was unavailable. Sounded suspicious and not very accommodating. It was a premium price and a bit of a substandard experience. I do believe you can make some small changes and get it right. Good luck
