Fully renovated in 2011, this classic Maine 2BR/2BA home is an idyllic coastal retreat. This side-by-side two-story duplex is nestled on an island colony that’s just three-quarters of a mile long. Explore sandy beaches nearby -- you're just a short stroll from a charming pocket beach that offers a direct view of Cuckolds Lighthouse.
Enjoy lovely views of Maine’s coastline from your screened porch rockers or Adirondack chairs at the water's edge. Take an available kayak out on the water to get a closer look at marine wildlife or one of the harbor islands.
LIVING AREA
Featuring vintage charm and contemporary comfort, the living room includes a sofa, love seat, two armchairs, a gas fireplace, and a small TV.
A writing desk adjacent to the living area offers a computer.
KITCHEN & DINING
Prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen, outfitted with an electric range, refrigerator, and large basin sink. Handy extras include a microwave and coffee maker.
