Summary: When i booked the room i was listed as pet friendly. After I checked in and sign in and given the room key. I was told that after three strikes a ( complaints) gaist my pet we would have to leave ghe hotel and look for some where else to stay. The young lady was not friendly at all. I told her that if i would have known that , i wouldn't have booked there. We stayed to nights, every time we came in or left , she wouldn't even say have a good day, hello or look at us. Just very rude customer service.
