Summary: Middle ratings because I only stayed one night instead of seven I booked. Could not open sliding door wall as locking mechanism was busted. Renter said she would come the next day and fix but I had to leave immediately next morning due to family emergency back home, thus only one night stay. The description of room when booking said "balcony" but it should be changed as it is not a "balcony." Correct description would be a "Juliette balcony" if you want to use the balcony description. I asked Mary Dana (renter of room) if I could get some refund on account for a future stay since I only spent one night there but paid for seven. I didn't ask for a refund, just credit if I am able to return to Cancun, and she said yes, but I have not seen any confirmation of a credit. This room was nice, except for the Sliding door wall unable to open and the balcony description when booking.
