Absolute style on the canal island in Wannanup, 5 minutes walking distance to the beautiful Avalon Beach and the piazza boardwalk. An exclusive gated bi-level complex with open plan living, a gourmet kitchen and ducted reverse cycle air conditioning.
Ground floor has large kitchen, large living and dining area a laundry and half bathroom. The first floor has two bedrooms and a semi ensuite.

One minute walk from front gate is a bottle shop, great little deli and hairdresser. One minute walk further and you will find the quaintest coffee shop which also serves breakfast and lunch.
Keep a look out because there are often dolphins swimming in the canals and in season you can drop a net for crabs from the back patio.
Love to fish? The beach and the Dawesville cut are close by. You can choose fishing from the beach, rocks or a jetty.
The beach is a five minute walk featuring a calm swim area with a reef for surfing further out. This is a very popular beach for paddle boarding. There are also paths to cycle and walk along the Dawesville cut.
