Positive: Good area, nice decor and furniture, good outdoor pool in summer, spring and autumn but was too cold to swim in late mid October, good large TV in living room and each bedroom has its own tv. Pretty well stocked kitchen with pots and pans of reasonable condition. And a nice collection of cups from around the world. Good washing machines but it’s in Greek so you’ll need google translate with your smart phone camera to work out the settings, you will also need to gently jiggle the door of the washing machine a little bit to get it to work sometimes. Internet is reasonable download speed around 40MB/S but slower upload at approx 9MB/s max. Nice new Nespresso coffee machine in the kitchen is great for espresso coffee! ☕️ There is parking at the perimeter of the complex. With a short walk to the entrance at the back of the property nearly the pool. Elevator is ok and makes taking bags to the apartment convenient. Walking distance to a local shop and close drive to beach and shops and restaurants. Uber or having own car is recommended.

Negative: One light was not working in bathroom and in the kitchen it was quite dark to cook, bathroom toilet seat was very loose and needs tightening. Hosts were very nice but spoke no English - recommend only to speak to host via WhatsApp and not in person to facilitate smooth communication. Bed in main bedroom is very firm, recommend the host puts in a mattress topper of thin 2-3cm memory foam to make it more comfortable. The power system for the oven will trip the fuse if you put it on above 180c and use the stove hot plates at the same time, you will need to turn the fuse switches back on in the hallway.

Summary: Interesting unique property at a reasonable price close to the beach 100€ per night when we stayed
