In most cases, the room number/location will be assigned upon check-in, just like any typical hotel reservation (special requests accepted, but not guaranteed), but you will get an ocean view room.
PRESIDENTIAL SUITE (Sleeps 6-8; 2 bedroom/2 bath) is a single story unit with spacious furnished balcony/patio, kitchen, living room and indoor/outdoor dining areas. It has one king size bed (in the master bedroom), two double beds (in the second bedroom), plus a sofa bed in the living room.. The two bedrooms are on opposite sides of the unit.
Presidential suites are rarely available for rent directly from the resort and can go for $1,000/night. As a partial owner, I am able to rent units/suites for well under the established rates of the resort.
An optional inclusive meal plan is available and would be payable directly to the resort after the reservation is officially transferred into your name. Rates depend on length of stay and may be less if pre-purchased. You can still charge meals and bar service to your room. You may also choose to go to Cabo, just a short drive away. Guests are provided with full access and room charging privileges at four Pueblo Bonito resorts in Cabo (Rose, Blanco/Los Cabos, Pacifica and Sunset Beach). Pueblo Bonito even provides free Mercedes bus shuttle services between their resorts, so it's only a 15 minute shuttle ride or a 10 minute taxi ride to the perfect location for excursions, dining and night life! At the resort, free transportation via bus/golf cart is available to take you anywhere inside the resort.
