Summary: We were 2 couples traveling together and this place was a decent option for our brief stay. There is only one room, which we did know when booking, but decided the price was worth the inconvenience of not each having our own room. The futon was fairly comfortable and so was the bed. Also, there was air conditioning which was a huge plus! It was summer and very hot when we were there. The only downside is the listing is slightly unclear about additional fees and payments. In the listing, we read it as all the fees were covered in the price listed with the exception of the nightly tax. This was not the case. We actually ended up paying an additional fees for cleaning and such after we arrived. If we had known this in advance, we would have gone with the other option we had that would have been the same price and offered us each 2 bedrooms in a comparable location. This seemed to be a known miscommunication as the person assisting us with check in was very quick to respond and say the listing is limited for changing due to communication being between VRBO and Expedia. She seemed to have a good routine down for explaining why we were being charged these fees. Despite this, I will say she was absolutely fantastic with giving travel tips and easy to communicate with.
