Spacious 3 bedroom, 2 full baths, double-wide home located just a few blocks from the Buncombe Creek Marina for easy access to guide fishing and the boat ramp. Courtesy and overnight slips available through the marina. Quiet neighborhood. Home has a large pull through driveway that is perfect for pulling your boat, jet skis, or golf cart trailer through. Lots of golf cart trails around the peninsula and a sandy beach to relax and enjoy Lake Texoma. 10 minute drive to the new Megastar casino!
