Positive: Bright, clean, good location. Balcony, laundry, comfortable beds and nice layout to the apartment.
Negative: The apartment description indicated that the electrical sockets were like UK but in fact they are EU. We had the wrong adapters with us. There were adapters left in the apartment - also the wrong ones. It took a couple of days before the owner was able to bring us the proper ones. We had to explain several times that the sockets were not UK. This was frustrating. Also, apartment was advertised as having two bathrooms- we assumed that meant two toilets. Not true. The bathroom is split in two rooms- one with shower and sink, the other with toilet and sink. This was misleading. We never found the toaster …. Thought the owner insisted there was one. I was starting to wonder if he had actually been in the apartment. Directions to the apartment were confusing. Also, the name of the apartment should be spelled out. No one knows what “BT” is.
Summary: Overall good but some clarity in describing the property is required.
