Positive: It was a nice quiet location, nice layout
Negative: Lack of communication, lack of sugar or hand soap. We had to buy which is disappointing since these are essential items that should be provided. Also several bulbs gone in bathroom making it dim and hard to see at night. The dinning room bulbs are also dim making it hard to see. The pillows were all hard foam and uncomfortable giving us all a kink in our necks. There was no communication from the property managers, just automated responses with lots of unnecessary stuff not related to the property. And no communication in regards the raised concerns.
