Luxury Rental Home on Longboat Key. Newly built 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath single family home with a private attached guest suite. This home has many luxury details including a gourmet kitchen which is equipped with a wet bar and all WOLF appliances, SUBZERO refrigerator and wine cooler, Spanish porcelain tile floors, quartz counter tops, 10' ceilings, custom PGT high impact doors and windows providing plenty of natural lighting and protection from the elements. The master suite is located on the second floor and has a balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee or a beautiful sunset in the evening. On the main level, there are 2 guest suites as well as the kitchen and living area. Head out back to the private and lushly landscaped pool area and then onto the guest quarters. The guest quarters feature a queen sized bed, full bath, sitting area and a kitchenette for your convenience. The historic Longboat Village is less than a 5 minute walk to the Beach, down the street from Sarasota Bay and the famous Mar Vista Restaurant. Longboat Village has a community dock for your use as well as a fishing pier and a canoe/kayak launch. Once you discover Longboat Village, you’ll never stay anywhere else.
