Amazingly designed - renovated 2 bedroom large lovely apartment on the TOP floor of a nice building. A place for all guest to call home while visiting Philly. The apt is recently renovated. Spacious, Modern, Clean, full of character & charm. Located near Center City on Broad St a few minutes walk to City Hall, Center City, and the Arts District area is only a few blocks away. Centrally located by a metro only two blocks away and a lovely apartment & area for you to enjoy.
There is no elevator. This is a 3rd floor apt.

Any reservations over 30 days will require a monthly inspection and professional unit cleaning. The cleaning will be serviced by my cleaning technicians and it is $100 per cleaning. The bedrooms are private and separate from the other that offers maximum privacy. Kitchen is fully stocked with microwave, gas oven and stove, toaster, coffee maker and Fridge and freezer. All cooking utensils are provided. An amazing layout and amenities all await.
We have one bedroom with two single beds, ceiling fan, private doorway, large windows that face Broad St for fresh air and plenty oF space.
Master bedroom has a very nice queen size bed which is dry comfortable. It also includes a full size master bathroom fully ceramic and includes a tub and shower set up.
We also provide a sofa sleeper in livingroom area and a flat screen tv Is also mounted with Netflix and Hulu options.
If you are a business or company the apt is designed so everyone has their own private space. Nicely equipped with a washer dryer inside apartment for convenience.
You can walk to most places, including South street, Center City, The Arts District area and City Hall, Benjamin Franklin Parkway. Subway is two blocks away and can take you to the airport, stadiums, and tourist historical points as well. Uber and Lyft can get you around easily from here also.
