Welcome to our newly renovated garden level suite, situated within walking distance of parks, the ocean and all the amenities you may need for your stay. The perfect place to stay weather your visiting the area to ski, mountain bike or perhaps be close to friends and family. The suite is fully equipped with all the means to cook deluxe meals, restore your body in the extra large tub, relax while you open a book or perhaps watch something on Netflix.
This bright and spacious entry level suite contains two bedrooms, each with walk-in closets for ample storage space. The master bedroom contains a queen size bed with two large windows facing the back and side yards. There is also a door off this room leading into the backyard with its’ own private patio for enjoying the surrounding gardens. With in the second bedroom you will find a double bed with one large window facing the front yard. Throughout the home you will find motion activated feature lighting in the entrance, hall way and bathroom for ease of navigating within the space. In the beautifully tiled bathroom there is a 6 foot tub, a rain shower head and heated floors to reset your body after a full day of activities. The open concept kitchen is perfect for the chef (‘s) in your group to socialize with others enjoying the comforts of the living room. There is a sliding glass door that allows access of the living room/kitchen to the back yard, which connects to the master bedroom entrance. Outside on the concrete patios you will find a barbecue and dining area to peacefully watch the sunrise with your latte or perhaps the last rays of sun with your dinner. Enjoy the unique and quirky space that features a custom built in bookshelf, recessed shelving with feature lighting and of course plenty of plants to keep the space welcoming.
When you arrive at the house there is two spots for vehicles back to back down the concrete driveway (right hand side). You will be greeted by the suite entrance at the bottom of the driveway. Access to the fenced in back yard is through two gates to the side of the house or through the suite itself. The backyard has been divided for privacy for the garden suite and the upstairs suite.
