My spacious 900 square ft home features a 1 bedroom, 1 full spa bathroom, well designed open concept layout with phenomenal closet space. The unit includes 100 square foot balcony overlooking the water with a washer and dryer, fully stocked kitchen (with stove, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, keurig coffee maker, tupperware, utensils, plates, and calphalon cookware. Awarding winning Molekule Air Purification system are located in each of the rooms for the cleanest air possible.
While also including the basics such as an iron and ironing board, laundry detergent, beach towels, cleaning supplies, board games, limited wellness supplies (such as yoga mat, foam roller, limited weight/kettle ball, resistance bands, etc.)
The building is a very safe, secure building with 24/7 security, surveillance, and front desk. The building amenities feature's a beautiful gym, common workspace, pool, and parking.
