Negative: Beware - this property management company require you to download an app to access the property. They do not disclose this on the booking, and you cannot get a refund if you do not want to. If you download the app, they then own your data and in the fine print you allow them to sell your data to third parties. On the phone they told me they remove data after your stay, but this is not what is in the fine print on the app store, and does not address the issue of ownership of data during your stay.

Summary: Property was nice, great location and comfortable. Be aware of the stipulations of the app download
