Welcome to our one-of-a-kind 2 bedroom apartment in the heart of Newtown! Our space is perfect for travellers seeking a unique and comfortable place to stay while exploring this vibrant neighbourhood.
This apartment has a resort feeling including pool and gym just steps from the back door and lovely gardens in the apartment complex.
The living area is unlike any other with gorgeous and colourful interior design, Chromecast TV, air conditioning and sliding doors to the private, enclosed outdoor area. The kitchen is stocked with tea, coffee, sugar, oil, salt and pepper and features an oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, stovetop and double sink plus pots, pans and dinnerware. There is bar seating between the kitchen and living room.
There are 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a comfortable Queen size bed, air conditioning, walk in closet and ensuite! The second bedroom also has a Queen size bed and closet space.
As well as the ensuite, the main bathroom has a toilet, shower and bath! Also in the main bathroom is a washer and dryer.
Outside the sliding doors is a private, enclosed outdoor area with dining table, deck chairs and pool inflatables for your enjoyment. When you exit the back gate you are just steps from the gym and pool facilities. Just downstairs on the street there are a host of places to eat from cheap eats through to Michelan starred restaurants.
Within walking distance there is the University of Sydney, Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, Dendy Cinemas Newtown, Enmore Theatre, Seymour Centre, Camperdown Tennis courts and so much more! It is a 35 minute walk to Darling Harbour and 45 minutes to the Sydney Tower Eye.
There is fantastic public transport in the area. It is just 150 metres from the lobby to King St after Queen St Bus Stop and a 4 minute walk to Newtown train station. It is 17 minutes from Sydney Airport.
Visitor parking is available on-site but is subject to spaces being available.
