Positive: The location was perfect for accessing multiple walks and spots for sightseeing. The place was spotlessly clean, really good facilities, probably one of the best kitted out I've visited in terms of utensils, cleaning equipment and cooking facilities. Lots of space and good kitchen fining area for social trip. Beds were fairly comfortable, although a little soft for some of our party. Two bathrooms were great, but the electric shower lacked power sadly.

Negative: The only thing that really let them down was Sykes cottages, having attempted multiple times to contact them and also booking.com ahead of our stay via both phone and email, I was incredibly disappointed and this did not fill me with confidence. Luckily this didn't affect the stay and the property was great.
