Positive: It’s in a good spot with a good access to metro rails and buses to go to different places. There is a huge supermarket nearby.

Negative: Since we were there in winter, The studio was super cold with no proper heating facilities. Especially at nights. The shower did not have proper hot water supply

Summary: A little expensive for the facilities we get in the studio
