Destress and unplug from the hectic pace of life in this lovely 3 bedroom 2.5 bath house located on 6+ wooded acres, and just 5 minutes from Lake Lanier, 25 minutes to TIEC, and 5 minutes drive to downtown Landrum or Tryon. This home creates the perfect mix of comfort and connection to the outdoors.

The space:
This vacation rental has spacious common areas, a first level Queen size bedroom, full bathroom, sunken living room with wood burning fireplace, dining room, kitchen and magnificent great room which can easily be used for yoga, group meetings or general relaxing. When you head upstairs you will find a Queen bedroom, full bathroom with tub, and large 'dorm room' with 2 twin trundle beds for 4 single guests or it can be used as a great kids room. The catwalk provides a quiet sitting space suitable for reading, meditation or looking down into the sunken living room. Enjoy a peaceful gathering on the large decks outside or have a grill night with the large gas grill provided for guests. The screened in deck area off of the great room provides a bug free getaway during summer nights. The basement is a utility basement (for the time being) but we have big plans coming!!! Downstairs you will find a 1/2 bathroom and laundry machines as well as the trash holding area.
Guest access
Guests are welcome to the entire house with the exception of doors and cabinets that are clearly locked. There will be no access to the garage.

INTERNET IS DSL!! That's right, DSL! While it is reliable, it averages 3-5MB downloads and can possibly be offline if storms hit the area. I can validate AT&T and Verizon coverage is adequate for streaming.

Parking: Guests are welcome to park up to 5 cars in the driveway. There is a large spot for turning around and a turn around track for easy exit.

Landrum is home to the Annual Blockhouse Steeplechase, and only 15 miles from the internationally acclaimed Tryon International Equestrian Center.
Landrum is nestled close to major cities like Spartanburg and Greenville to the south, and Tryon (only 1 mile away) and Asheville to the north, and it’s no doubt this city is so unique, that you may just want to put this stop on your annual travel calendar.
