Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Host was waiting for us and advised us on best parking. The garbage and recycling arrangements were clarified as well as the operation of door and window locks. There was a generous provision of a welcome pack of breakfast items. There was also a selection of bottles of modestly-priced good quality wine on an honesty box basis, which we didn't need, as we had come prepared, but for other parties this could be really helpful. The hot tub would be a nice facility on some possible future occasion, but we had not booked it, as we did not expect to have time to use it. The location is quiet and the garden nice and private.

Summary: A comfortable & well-appointed house with much attention to detail; we chose carefully & chose well.
