Tired of taking out the trash, and stripping the bed with the other travel site? Our quiet and comfortable suite is centrally located in the historic Springfield district, next to downtown Jacksonville. This unit is furnished with a queen bed, a queen pull-out sofa, and an amazing La-Z-Boy recliner perfect for naps. The bathroom is updated, with excellent water pressure. And, the front porch is exclusive for our guests. There is a stocked Keurig, as well as a refrigerator and microwave, but no kitchen.
You will enjoy a private apartment, separated by walls and a secure exterior door, from the rest of the duplex. The owner and caretaker both live in the building. The suite is accessed by a private door off of the porch, and the bedroom is secure with a lockable door. You will enjoy immense privacy, while having the convenience of management on-site. We will not bother you, but we are here for any need you may have during your stay…just ask!
