Calm area of lake but within minutes of Parker Creek Marina and The Landing by both boat and car. Near both secluded waters for fishing / kayaking and open waters for tubing/skiing. Boat slip located at the dock. Water Trampoline with slide and blob. Both Sun & Shaded areas on Dock. Multiple hammocks for lounging. Lots of Seating space under the trees. Nice seating area on Screened Porch. Couldn't ask for much more for a family lake trip.
