Located on the third floor of a recently constructed building (2018) in the pleasant Plaza Easo, a few blocks from La Concha Beach, and a ten-minute walk from the Old Town, the Belle Sebastian apartment is a modern and spacious space that stands out for its painstaking décor and great brightness, as well as its ideal location.
It is modern accommodation that is completely exterior, and completely faces Plaza Easo. It is distributed over almost 100 m² of usable space and on one side of the property it has a spacious and bright space comprised of a living area with a kitchenette and dining area, and on the other side, three spacious double bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The living area at Belle Sebastian also has a large viewpoint overlooking the plaza, which in addition to the high ceilings throughout the property gives the space a great feeling of brightness and spaciousness.
