Spacious remodeled camper sleeps 8,+2 additionally in she-shed. 2 refrigerators, TV/dvd, gas cooktop, outdoor furniture, grill, & firepit. Onsite amenities include pool, arcade,store,basketball, volleyball,playground,laundry facilities, pavilion w/ grills, & extra showers. Weekly activities at the park including concerts, food trucks, games, karaoke, etc.. Come enjoy all that Coastal Maine has to offer. 15 minutes from the beach. Can be rented w/ adjoining site that sleeps 10 for larger groups.
There is a built on room with 2 recliners and a sleeper sofa, a master bedroom with a brand new mattress, a fold out full size sofa attached to the kitchen, and an additional bedroom on the opposite end of the camper with two twin beds. This is a spacious area to relax and hang out with friends and family, either indoors or out around the campfire. There is additional sleeping in the she-shed. You're close to the bath house with showers and an attached laundry room. This is a family friendly park and lots to enjoy including a pool and game room.
Guest access:
If you rent for 10 guests you'll have access to all areas. If you rent for up to 8, the she-shed will be closed. The nightly price includes up to 6 guests, after 6 there will a nightly charge of $20 per night per additional guest (up to 10 guests only). You'll have access to all the amenities at the park to enjoy.
Other things to note:We do ask that as you enjoy our space you are there as our guests only and do not discuss our personal business or identify yourselves as renters. This is of utmost importance, and we appreciate your co-operation and understanding. If you have an issue with keeping our business private, we respectfully ask that you please rent someplace else. I will be within 15 minutes of you for any questions, concerns, or emergencies/ repairs needed. At times I stay at the adjoining site, but I work a lot and am hardly there so you will have complete privacy (I'm there so little I've never even gotten to enjoy the pool as I get off work late). We hope you love our space as much as we do!
