The Villa is perfect for a family or two couples with 2 queen bedrooms, 2 complete bathrooms plus a high-quality queen-size inflatable mattress for use in the comfortable living room.
The gourmet kitchen is completely equipped with everything you will need to create all your favorite culinary creations.
There is a fast Wi-Fi connection, HDTV in the living room with a DVD player, TV in the master bedroom, a good selection of DVD's for every taste young and old, board games and even a solid selection of paperbacks for those of you who like to unplug.
The best spot in the Villa is actually outside on the huge patio where there is a large table with an umbrella for enjoying meals or evening cocktails. Two comfortable chaise lounges make for a perfect spot to catch some rays and the large gas grill will come in handy for those sunset BBQ dinners.
Everything else you will need for a worry-free stay is in the Villa. All towels and linens, washer & dryer, 1 car garage and of course 24/7 security.
On the well-maintained and lush grounds, you will be able to shoot a game of pool, slap a ping pong ball, use the fitness center or take a wonderful sauna. There are two pools available each with an adjacent Jacuzzi. One is beachfront and the other is an infinity pool with stunning ocean views. Both pool areas also have a grill available for cooking your lunch with a view of the Pacific Ocean. There is a lovely path for walking around the entire complex and access to a semi-private beach where you can surf, boogie board, explore tide pools, or just relax with the sun and sand.

The point is surrounded by several consistent, uncrowded surf breaks and there are many other surf options only a few minutes away by car. Rosarito Beach is only five minutes away with great shopping, restaurants, and fun beaches. The "old Mexico" fishing village of Popotla is just north of Calafia and the world-famous Puerto Nuevo "Lobster Village" is only a few minutes drive south. You can travel to exciting Ensenada for a great day trip or venture deep into the Valle de Guadalupe to taste world-class wines and cuisine.
