Our sanctuary is available to individuals, couples, or families to rent. The house is very quiet and within a very brief walk to total wilderness. Everything around the house is landscaped. Three bedrooms and the office/studio are furnished with eclectic and beautiful amenities. The house has a washer and dryer and three kiva fire places.
The Saltillo-tiled living room, media room, and dining room, all have high ceilings and are very comfortable. The media room has a great fireplace (and stacked wood), large screen TV, stereo receiver/radio with mini-jack setup. The dining room has a very large table with 8 chairs,
The master bedroom has fireplace and bathroom with two sinks, large jacuzzi bathtub, and separate shower.
The second and third bedroom share a bathroom with tub/shower. The fourth bedroom is currently set up to be an office/library but things can be reconfigured easily.
There is a portal with a brick patio, outdoor fire place, outdoor furniture, gas grill and spectacular views of the Sangre de Cristos and the sunset. The front of the house offers a view onto the Sandias, a rocking chair that seats two and two hammocks for eating or hanging outdoors.
There are walkways around the entire house within the beautiful landscaping. The property sits just minutes from BLM land and miles and miles of open space.
