Log home is located on the Northwood Hills Golf Course, just minutes away from Lake Mille Lacs and Grand Casino. Enjoy a relaxing weekend away with family and friends golfing, ice fishing, hunting, walking, hiking, boating, snowmobile, four wheeling or a just romantic getaway for two.
*NOTE*. This property does have a Door Bell Camera located at the front door for security purposes.
Home is located off the 15th fairway on the Northwood Hills Golf Course. Sleeps 6. 3 Bedrooms and 2 full baths.
Two bedrooms located on the main level with a full bath and master bedroom on upper level with a private full bath.
Master bedroom: king size bed, dresser/mirror, large screen Smart TV, electric fireplace and private full bathroom. Sorry no access to closet. Over door garment hooks only.
Main level bedroom one: queen size bed, large screen TV with Roku, no cable, dresser/mirror, chair and nightstand. No closet. Over door garment hooks only.
Main level bedroom two: full size platform bed, no TV. No dresser and no access to closet. Over door garment hooks only.
Kids items available at no additional cost, but must request:
Pack and play, highchair and a booster seat that attaches to chair, light weight fold up stroller, toy bins (12 months-3 years of age) and children's books.
Eat-in Kitchen with almost everything you need to cook, including cookbooks, spices, salt/pepper, large dining room table and an island with bar stools. Many condiments in fridge. Keurig coffee maker (uses k-cups). Pantry with some dry/can goods - help yourself to anything in pantry, no additional cost.
We do have one highchair for the little one and a booster seat available upon request.
Piano in dinning room. Brainerd Lakes Monopoly, Yahtzee, Jinga, adult coloring books and gel pens, kids card games and a deck of cards. We also have lawn darts in bin on back porch.
Smart TVs living room and master bedroom with access to Netflix, Hulu and Disney. Sorry no cable just Rokus/Smart TV for streaming shows/free movies.
Cozy living room with large leather sectional, big screen Smart TV and DVD player.
Loft in upper level with some exercise equipment. Peloton bike available for use, but you must have your own shoes and account login. 5 lb. weights, yoga mat, yoga blocks and exercise bands. Elliptical machine located on main level.
Large porch off back of hole with large Adirondack chairs, swing hammocks (seasonal), propane grill, bonfire pit and a fenced in back yard for your four-legged furry friends. Sit back, relax enjoy a cocktail, take in the scenery and watch the golfers go by. Enjoy a bonfire or head out the back for a walk along the paths on the golf course, but don't forget your four-legged furry friend. We welcome all dogs, no weight or breed restrictions either! I’m a mom to two large, 150 lbs Alaskan Malamutes, so I know how Important it is for your pet to come along, regardless of size.
*House Rules that must be followed to avoid any additional fees:
1.). This property has a very, very small septic holding tank, their is no drain field so it fills up quickly. We ask guests to be mindful of water/septic usage and to remember if it’s yellow let it mellow, if it’s brown flush it down to avoid an excessive usage fee. Please DO NOT flush any wipes or feminine hygiene products down the septic system, not even flushables, you must dispose of them properly in the trash. You will be responsible for damages/clogs caused to the septic system for items flushed.
2.) Base price includes two adults. Any additional guests is $25 per stay. Additional guests not disclosed when booking will be adjusted upon check out.
3.) This is a Pet Friendly property. We allow dogs for an extra $25 per stay, but they must be house broken and you must clean up after your pets to avoid any additional fees. You will responsible for any damage caused.
4.) Please respect our property and clean up any messes, spills, and trash before checking out.
