3 Bedroom House in West Kelowna Estates, West Kelowna
Great 3 bedroom upstairs home for your next vacation to Kelowna. Please note it is NOT the entire home for rent but the upper floor which has three bedrooms, kitchen, living room and two bathrooms, and private patio as per photos. The main entrance is shared between our co-host Martha who occupies the main floor suite. Please note there is no private entrance to the upstairs space. You will have all privacy you would like so please make yourselves comfortable. We want you to feel like this is your own home. The only shared spaces is the main entrance and laundry room.
No pets at our property please.
When you walk into the main entrance, you will follow the stairs up to your temporary home during your stay. It is a bright open space, about 1450 square feet. There are three bedrooms and two full baths. It will sleep 6 people comfortably with a king, queen and two twins beds. We do allow up to 8 adult guests as we have a double air mattress and the sofas or feel free to bring your own air mattress. We don’t want to split up families with kids.
Only five minutes from the bridge into Kelowna, quick and convenient location. Our home sits higher up to get the perfect view of the Okanagan Lake. Panoramic views of the Okanagan lake to enjoy from our home. The patio extends from the living room all the way to the master bedroom giving you great views from each room.
This is an older home, but cozy and clean and we hope you feel comfortable here for the next days/week/month you are here. Please note with older home comes older plumbing so water does turn cold when showering if you use water elsewhere! The laundry room is on the main floor and shared.
There are two parking spaces next to garage for vehicles. Please do not block garage and do not try to park more than two cars on driveway. Additional parking is available on side streets. It is a steeper driveway as well.
