An elevated spacious front patio sets the tone: Choose the Balinese day bed for 2 to lounge in the sun or sit at the outdoor dining table surrounded by incredible foliage. Follow the path to the front door and the magic unfolds: art, textures, cool vibes, European influences, sophistication, old world charm. The kitchen is gorgeous, bright and fully equipped w/gizmos galore for any chef. Past the kitchen and breakfast room is a Moroccan inspired lush patio w/a bubbling water feature. There is a tucked away office, a dining room with red walls and leather dining chairs, two comfy living rooms with white painted brick walls and fireplace, vaulted wood ceilings, and even a piano. All 4 bedrooms are upstairs. It really has two masters: The 1st master has a patio created for relaxation and meditation among the palms and bamboo furniture. The luxurious master bath has heated floors, a soaking tub for 2 and a bidet. The other master has a private balcony and beautiful white marble spa bathroom. There is also an infrared sauna for your use. The photos show just a glimpse of what it is like to live within the walls of this home. The problem will be that you will want to stay long term. 6 Blocks to the beach, 1 block to the park and Sand Dune, bike or walk to Downtown MB, super close to LAX.
