Summary: There honestly isn't enough room in this review box to say how utterly pleased we were with this property and the owner. The house was perfect for our family of 5. Two adults and 3 children (2-12). We were instantly in love with the screened in porch. We might have spent more time on that porch than on the actual beach. The kitchen was perfect for preparing all of our meals. The AC system kept the house comfortable during the warm days and nights. The water pressure was great in both bathrooms and my kids loved the tub in the upstairs. The mattresses in all rooms were a dream. My husband and I hadn't slept that good in years. The neighborhood was like a page from a story book. All of the huge trees and homes were so fun to look at during our morning walks. The marina across the street had a little bit of traffic, but never loud and honestly enjoyable to watch. The neighborhood was quiet and everyone that we encountered on our walks was so kind and pleasant. The trip to the beach was honestly about 15 minutes and it was almost a straight shot. It was so nice to go the the beach, be in the middle of the touristy area and then slip back out to this quiet east side. There are many options for dining just a few minutes from the house and a small grocery store as well. Jean was the most accomodating owner we've come across. I would recommend this property to every single person I know.
