The space
The space is a bear themed tiny house with a lofted sleeping area. The loft has a ladder in place to access it. The lower level has a bathroom with a toilet and shower in the rear, then a kitchen area with dishes and appliances, which include a mini refrigerator and freezer, microwave, toaster oven, hot plate and blender. There is a table and chairs that fold out for eating and cooking as well. The living room has a love seat, flat screen tv with a fire stick, and a coffee table that has wheels to move out of the way when not in use. Outside, there is a porch and patio area. In the patio, there are 2 chairs, a small grill and a fountain to relax next to and enjoy the outdoors.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the tiny house and the fenced area around it. In addition, the driveway or trail brings you to the other side of the property where there is access to the river on the right side of the main house. There are kayaks , paddle boards, and a canoe for guests to use to explore the river.
Other things to note
This tiny home has as small loft bedroom that requires climbing a narrow ladder to go to bed. There are laundromats nearby, but no washer dryer. There is an outdoor clothing line rack. We also have well water which is filtered But some notice if they come from the city.
