Relax & unwind! Come and enjoy the in-ground salt water solar heated pool, wash off in the outdoor heated shower.
This 2 bedroom Studio Apartment has an open living area upstairs, modern decor throughout with modern appliances- Dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, washer/dryer.
The downstairs rumpus features another small kitchenette which allows you to enjoy the outdoor deck with BBQ area, pay television and Wii games and outdoor kids playground area.
The property is secure and gated with a central intercom to the townhouse.
Cot and highchair facilities available with a detachable gate which can be mounted at the top of the stairs for the tots.
Bedding Configuration:
1 king bed- main bedroom
1 king size -which can be split into 2 king singles bed
1 double sofa bed.
All linen is provided at no extra cost.
The studio is situated on a large block. The Owners live in a detached main house with kids -very accommodating and sociable.
Small friendly dog on property and other dogs of the same nature welcome
COST OF $50 for dog for stay- maximum of 2 dogs - not allowed in villa unless garanteed house trained.
Please pick up any doggy do do s off the lawn .
No discrimination to smokers although no smoking in studio or rumpus.
Close to Warilla beach-100m. Little lake-300m. Lake Illawarra-1km
Number of clubs within walking distance. Warilla bowling club is less than 10min flat walk from villa.
