The two bedrooms downstairs, accompanied by a walk-in shower and toilet off the equipped laundry, host one queen and one tri-bunk respectively, making it a perfect space for families. The master bedroom on the second level boasts both an inviting style with a queen bed, and ensuite with a separate bath + shower.
Outdoor Space
Perfect for all year entertaining, this property features both expansive outdoor entertaining, as well as large grassy knoll for outside sporting activities. Watch the kids play in the grass as you enjoy the exquisite sunsets over Port Phillip Bay. Finally, in the downstairs garage, this property has a ping pong table that Guests are welcome to use during their stay.
