Summary: I had to use the phone provided to get someone to finally come to the front desk when I checked in around 9 pm. The TV was on when we entered the room. To turn it off we had to unplug it from the wall. There were no cups in the room which makes it hard to take medications both evening and morning. It was below the standards usually expected from a Baymont /Wyndham property.
