Summary: Condo was as expected. We enjoy the Long Beach Island summer life and this was a last minute find. It put us close to the island. You need to bring your own linens and towels and an hdmi cable if you want to hook up your computer to the tv because there is no cable tv. Unit could have been cleaner. we felt the need to clean when we arrived. Mostly dusty and the main bathroom definitely needed a once over before we used it. All amenities inside the unit are new and the air conditioning system worked great!
