Positive: The owner allowed us access to the unit a few hours before the check in time which was very nice. The location is very nice with great views and within a reasonable distance to all attractions and center of town. The pool was nice and water a perfect temperature. Large condo unit with washer and dryer. Nice electric griddle on deck. Beds were very comfortable.
Negative: The pool was a bit far from the unit. Walkable but difficult with toddlers. There is some limited parking available at the pool. The unit is in need of updating and repairs, carpeting was very stained and has torn areas, dishwasher was not working, Spindles were a little too far apart to be safe for a toddler and a spindle was coming off and sharp nail exposed making it dangerous to have small children out there. When we arrived there was an obviously spoiled gallon of milk left in fridge and some dryed up previously washed towels still left in the washing machine. There was no bar soap in the bathrooms. (In all other air bnbs I've stayed in they had the new small bars as a courtesy). Considering the price paid per night for this stay I would say it's a bit overpriced for the condition it was in.
Summary: I would only stay here again only if the property would be updated and items noted repaired.
