This great apartment for 2-4 people, with shared pool, is only 500 metres away from the sea in Playa de Gandia.
Less than a 10 minutes walk separates this great apartment from the wonderful beach of Gandia. After enjoying a succulent breakfast at the private terrace, you can head to the fine and golden sand. Imagine the delight of enjoying a sunny day simply on your spread towel listening to the relaxing to and fro of the waves. But, as everything tires out, maybe you prefer to change your plan by noon and visit the shared pool of this beautiful residential. This is a chlorine pool sizing 15 x 8 metres and a depth that goes from 1.6 to 2.1 metres. There are 11 shared sun loungers where you can sunbathing or reading.On the 7th floor of a building with elevator, the apartment offers a spacious living room with a TV set, open to the dining area, and a cosy and sunny furnished terrace. The kitchen, with a modern and beachy style, is equipped with an induction top and all kitchenware needed to cook. Here you also find the washing machine, iron and ironing board. The bathroom in the apartment features a shower and the only bedroom comes with a double bed, closet and direct access to the terrace. A single folding bed and sofa bed are available for the 1 or 2 extra guests. We'll be happy to prepare a cot and a high chair for your baby.The beach of Gandía is a true paradise of fine and golden sand and clear and blue water that fulfils the dreams of many. The area is also perfect to have a great time thanks to the non-stop offers of culture, leisure and services. It features a long promenade full of cafes and restaurants where you can enjoy the best Mediterranean cuisine or just a cool ice-cream. Those who want to keep fit can practice some water sport, make an excursion and of course, you also can visit the town centre of Gandía.Note: We cannot accept guests under 30 years unless you are a family.
