Positive: The care guy. He was amazing!

Negative: Worst "hotel" i ever stayed. Booked Bamboo resorts but got a message from paradise hotel where i was. Very confusing. Bamboo resorts doesn't exist. So I stayed at paradise hotel, which is exactly the same hotel/owner. Now they canceld my booking, even tho i stayed and paid for 1 night. Very sketchy!!! I booked a room with balcony and private bathroom. Both is didnt got!
