Positive: I liked the convenient location, it was close to couple of restaurants, shops and public transport. It was quiet and peaceful there, also liked the greenness around. Comfortable beds, kitchen, living room and bathroom and nice little patio. Access was easy and quick.

Negative: Only things I disliked was that the couch in the living room was very noisy when we were sleeping on it and that the shower is maybe leaking at the bottom in the corner but nothing too major, I'm sure the owners with fix it right up and it'll be good as new.
