Positive: The property was just fantastic. Fran was a delight and walked us through everything we needed to know on our arrival.. She left us the most delicious home baked scones etc. The area is fantastic, walking distance to the beach, parks, mountains, shops and restaurants. Perfect place for peace and quiet or busy escape. I highly recommend it to others. A couple of things to make others aware: We were contacted a couple of days prior to arrival regarding £200 damage deposit to be paid before arrival also electric and gas usage is monitored during your stay and you have to pay for anything over the allotted amount. Neither of these things were disclosed prior on our booking details/property booking page. Please bring your own toiletries as shampoo, conditioner and body wash etc is not provided.
